The unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 19 – TERMINATION
Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive termination of this agreement.
These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing use of our site.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms of Service—along with any posted policies or operating rules—represent the full agreement and understanding between you and SWSuppliesUK, superseding any prior communications, proposals, or agreements (whether oral or written).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you and we agree to try Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) before legal action. We will provide details of a suitable ADR provider upon request.
If you have a complaint or concern about our prodcuts or services, please contact us in writing at info@SWSuppliesUK.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 buisness days and to resolve complaints within 10 business days. If we are unable to resolve your issue within this time, or you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) following the correct ADR procedures.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You may view the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website.
It’s your responsibility to check periodically. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 25 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online via the website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only per our Return Policy.
We’ve made every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your device's display will reflect them exactly.
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to limit the sale of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We may also limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Any product or service offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 26 – CUSTOMER TYPES
SWSuppliesUK sell to both individual consumers and business customers. Where you are purchasing in the course of business, the terms relating to consumer rights (e.g. cancellation periods) do not apply, and the transaction is governed by business-to-business legislation.
We consider a transaction as business-to-business (“B2B”) if it is made in the course of a trade or profession (e.g., an invoice or VAT number is provided at purchase). In B2B contracts, consumer‑specific rights (e.g. cancellation period) do not apply.
SECTION 27 -INTERNATIONAL SALES
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international shipping partners. SWSuppliesUK governing law is UK law even if buyers make their purchases overseas.
