• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Original tags or labels must be attached
• A printed receipt or proof of purchase must be enclosed with the return

❌ Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping document and instructions on where and how to send your package.
3. Once received, an SWSuppliesUK team member will confirm we have your item and documents.

• Items sent back without an authorised return will not be accepted
• Return postage, tracking, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility
• We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit—please ensure they are securely packaged and tracked

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
