At SWSupplies, we believe great products deserve great delivery—without surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your tools, treatments, and consumables safely to your workshop.

 

📦 Delivery Costs

We’re proud to offer FREE standard shipping across our entire range. No hidden fees, no checkout shocks—it’s one of our pet hates too!
If you need your order a little quicker, Priority Shipping is available for £9 (inc VAT). Just select it at checkout and we’ll put it at the top of the pile.

🧾 All receipts include a full VAT breakdown—because transparency matters.

 

🚛 Dispatch Methods

We use a range of trusted delivery partners to get your order to you quickly and safely. Sometimes, we’ll even arrange for items to be shipped directly from our suppliers to speed things up.

For larger or heavier items, these may be dispatched on a pallet. Please allow a little extra time for these—between 5–10 working days, depending on size and weight.

⏱️ Dispatch Timings

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
You can typically expect delivery within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Please note: We do our best, but same-day dispatch isn’t guaranteed.

 

🚨 Urgent Orders & Priority Shipping

We’re not magicians (though we know a great one—Magic Chris! Check him out at www.ChrisKeward.com—he’s brilliant).
But we do offer Priority Shipping (£9 inc VAT) at checkout for urgent needs.
